7. BRICKLAYER LISTING PORTAL

Following a successful project launch, the Bricklayer Listing Portal will be accessible to all members. Members with Broker license status or above can use the portal to advertise real estate services and market disposals and rental opportunities to both members and non-members, on behalf of clients willing to consider the option to accept proceeds in digital assets instead of fiat currency.

The platform will provide a suite of revenue-generating marketing services with the optionality to implement sales and facilitate leases of real estate assets via NFT transmissions. Fees accrued for these services will be discounted depending on license status. Additionally, the portal will have the functionality to execute transaction proceeds as well as provide necessary escrow services.
